- Minimum of 5 years enterprise/cloud software sales experience.
- Previous experience selling enterprise HR/HCM applications to large companies.
- Confidence in demonstrating software and creating ROI presentations.
- Strong rapport-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in solution selling, preferably with exposure to The Challenger Sale methodology.
- Ability to work remotely and travel at least 30%.
- Actively source and pursue qualified opportunities to secure enterprise logos.
- Map complex enterprise accounts and build consensus for negotiations.
- Deliver engaging, solutions-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person.
- Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Engage with internal teams to create tailored sales strategies and collateral.
- Develop a pipeline within a designated territory of large companies.
- Acquire knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Anticipate and manage deal risks and provide reliable forecasts.
