Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an enablement role supporting go-to-market teams or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors.
  • Experience or comfort carrying a quota and delivering results.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
  • In-depth understanding of sales execution, strategy, and methodology.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Comfortable managing executive priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to develop enablement resources and programming.
  • Assist with planning, registration, execution, and tracking of high-impact training initiatives.
  • Work closely with front-line sales to identify skill gaps and build enablement deliverables.
  • Administer the internal LMS tool.
  • Ensure access to the latest collateral for quota-carrying team members.
  • Partner with functional leaders to establish and measure team-based enablement initiatives.
