Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an enablement role supporting go-to-market teams or similar experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors.
  • High level of comfort carrying a quota in sales.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales execution, strategy, and methodology.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong planning, project management, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with modern learning approaches like virtual training and microlearning is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to develop enablement resources for success.
  • Manage planning, registration, execution, and tracking of training initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify skill gaps and create deliverables.
  • Administer the internal LMS tool.
  • Ensure quota-carrying teams have access to collateral and understand its use.
  • Partner with leaders to establish team-based initiatives and measure their success.
