Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product or Experience Design role, likely in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating critical thought and the candidate's role in each project.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and entrepreneurial environments, balancing speed with strategic design thinking.
• Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• A desire to learn and grow through education, professional experience, or own business ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX and design for The Leap, from initial concept through launch, ensuring quality and customer focus.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to set a clear UX vision, driving product direction aligned with business goals.
• Conduct and apply customer research effectively and make data-informed design decisions.
• Build and test design prototypes quickly for concept validation, transitioning from high-level strategy to execution.
• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive and inclusive design practices.
