- Own the definition and communication of a product vision based on input from internal/external stakeholders, financial goals, and industry trends.
- Act as a product evangelist both inside and outside the company.
- Lead and drive the development, approval, and ongoing management of a product roadmap.
- Define, maintain, and execute product development methodology.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
- Lead and participate in the definition of new capabilities.
- Ensure smooth handoff of product requirements to Agile PM/Product Operations and Engineering teams.
- Help ensure the successful execution of product launch plans.
- Ensure dependent teams are equipped to perform their jobs.
- Inspire and drive activity cross-functionally through information sharing.
- Work directly with customers to improve adoption and satisfaction.
- Provide executive briefings on product status, planning, and roadmap.
