Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of contracts management and paralegal experience, with a preference for law firm and in-house experience.
• Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally related to smart home or clean energy.
• Excellent drafting, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems and legal technology tools.
• Ability to quickly learn business priorities and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare commercial agreements and other contracts using the contract lifecycle management system and negotiation playbooks.
• Assist in the administration of confidentiality agreements and commercial contracts.
• Perform basic risk analyses and identify potential legal and regulatory issues.
• Track legal matters and manage deadlines related to contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and manage matter intake and document repository systems for legal requests.
• Ensure compliance with critical contract-related deadlines and manage e-signature processes.
• Support trainings and assist with special projects as needed.
