Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role; aesthetic or medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Experience developing training curriculum and hosting National Peer-to-Peer Training Webinars.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data and the ability to develop effective training programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce and utilizing sales analytics tools for decision making.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies that align with the company’s overall sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain sales training modules and decks for the field sales team and customers.
  • Organize and update the customer toolkit for practice assets and patient education.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of ongoing training programs for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Sales Ops to identify training needs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to adjust training and measure program effectiveness.
