Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to drive solutions based on customer needs.
• Valid Vibration Category II, MLA/MLT Certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in vibration data collection and analysis.
• Strong mechanical background with industrial equipment.
• Proficient in corrective actions based on field vibration analysis.
• Sales or account management experience a plus.
• Desire to work collaboratively in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support solutions architects as a subject matter expert in condition monitoring during the sales process.
• Establish credibility with customers to improve trial conversion rates and ensure quality asset lists.
• Assist in engineering tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Analyze vibration and temperature data to determine maintenance requirements.
• Attend tradeshows for lead capture and technical support.
• Collaborate with product development on hardware and software solutions.
