Requirements:

• 4+ years as a software or devops engineer, with at least 1 year of experience documenting products for a developer audience.
• Experience in creating developer documentation and structuring content for readability.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly using narrative storytelling techniques.
• Empathy for developers of all skill levels and understanding of their documentation needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, editorial, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with languages such as Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Author, manage, and update comprehensive documentation materials including online guides, tutorials, how-tos, and reference docs.
• Write blog posts or whitepapers offering architectural guidance and analyzing various technological viewpoints.
• Create technical curriculum and content to support customer learning.
• Maintain consistency in Pulumi's style guide across documentation.
• Conduct peer reviews for quality assurance in technical content.
• Engage with the community to meet user and customer needs.
• Define best practices for infrastructure as code and create reusable Pulumi components.
