Requirements:
  • Previous experience working at a restaurant technology company and network within the restaurant industry.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business and exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to close deals with $250k+ ARR.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise-level restaurant clients.
  • Clear understanding of franchise models and experience working across corporate and franchise buying constituencies.
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot) and familiarity with Google Workspace, Sales Navigator, and BI tools.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and identify business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategically work within an assigned territory to acquire new logos and expand customer base.
  • Prospect, schedule sales calls, manage opportunities through closed-won status, and perform traditional sales responsibilities.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity metrics in the CRM, including outreach and forecasting.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Checkmate solutions to highlight differentiators.
  • Leverage knowledge of the Restaurant Technology sector to position solutions as high-value fits.
  • Contribute to growth by offering product feedback, sales ideas, and best practices.
