Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training to progress to Claim Professional, Outside Property.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiates and conveys claim settlements.
• Maintains accurate claim reserves.
• Provides quality claim handling throughout the life cycle.
• Ensures compliance with internal and external standards.
• Handles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
