Requirements:
  • Native English speaker or at least 5 years selling in native English-speaking markets.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving quotas of $600k+ in enterprise markets.
  • Must reside within the continental US or Canada.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to client sites and trade shows.
  • SaaS-related and industry sales experience preferred.
  • Direct experience working within attractions in a sales role.
  • Sales account planning skills and patience to execute against plans.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process across North America and win new businesses.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in attractions, tours, and cultural sites.
  • Hit business targets and identify opportunities to position Ventrata's solution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market segments, competition, and emerging trends.
  • Become an internal voice of the industry and share product feedback.
  • Work with a sales development representative to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to exceed new customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to create content that raises brand awareness.
  • Accurately forecast and report revenue projections to leadership.
