Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organized and capable of tracking multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage document storage, initial report setup, and project status updates using Quire and DASH platforms.
  • Edit Operations and Maintenance Manuals and assist with non-technical report revisions.
  • Upload data and testing results to internal databases.
  • Support sales efforts by bidding on new projects, preparing proposals, and tracking order forms.
  • Professionally correspond with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and formal letters.
  • Coordinate site visits, meetings, travel arrangements, and assist with staffing needs.
  • Process Request for Proposals (RFPs), manage client portal bidding, and facilitate reliance requests.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM Dynamics and ensure timely order processing.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve delays, and ensure deadlines are met by collaborating with staff.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as AR follow-ups, invoice management, and preparing shared spreadsheets.
