🔍 Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Education in the field of Computer Science, IT-related studies or comparable qualifications.
- 2+ years of professional experience in the Customer Service/Support department as a Technical Analyst.
- Experience with server containers such as Tomcat.
- Experience with database structures and queries, especially PostgreSQL and basic Oracle SQL.
- Ability to read code (Java) or other programming languages is beneficial.
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel, HTML, CSS, XML, REST API, and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and ideally Windows.
- Experience with ITIL or understanding of the framework.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to the SRM application.
- Work closely with customers and partners to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure that support incidents are resolved in line with established Service Level Agreements.
- Implement regular software updates of the SRM application in different environments.
- Search and maintain the QAD Knowledgebase, updating it with solutions to customer issues.
- Provide mentorship to Functional Analysts.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference and analysis.
