Requirements:
  • Education in the field of Computer Science, IT-related studies, or comparable qualifications.
  • + 2 years of professional experience in Customer Service/Support as a Technical Analyst in the B2B area.
  • Previous experience with server containers such as Tomcat is essential.
  • Experience with database structures and queries, especially PostgreSQL and basic Oracle SQL.
  • Ability to read code, particularly Java, is beneficial.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel, HTML, CSS, XML, REST API, and JSON is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, and ideally Windows, is required.
  • Experience with ITIL or understanding of the framework is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new products and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to the SRM application.
  • Work closely with customers and partners to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure support incidents are resolved in line with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Implement regular software updates of the SRM application in various environments.
  • Efficiently search and maintain the QAD Knowledgebase, updating it with solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to Functional Analysts, fostering their professional development.
  • Share best practices and develop innovative solutions within the team.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues.
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
