• 2-3 years of experience in B2B event management, particularly in hybrid settings.
• Proficiency in virtual event platforms (Accelevents preferred).
• Strong knowledge of event KPIs and analytics.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva.
• Excellent project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and event messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own event marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and maintain a calendar of virtual events.
• Manage creation of event-related content and virtual event portals.
• Ensure seamless coordination of event logistics and operations.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors, manage sponsorships and registration.
• Deliver exceptional attendee experiences and analyze event performance.
