Requirements:

  • An excellent communicator who can effectively articulate purpose, goals, and priorities.
  • Experience (or a willingness to embrace) working in a remote-first game development environment.
  • Industry experience working with art teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Directors and Art leads to define milestone & release goals which you will co-own.
  • Drive the planning effort for your assigned game area by breaking down work and building schedules that accomplish the goals.
  • Create alignment between stakeholders, and hold them accountable to decisions and goals.
  • Own and manage team backlogs.
  • Drive decision making, and deliverables.
  • Manage your assigned team’s day-to-day activities by prioritizing and assigning tasks to the appropriate people, leading critical team rituals, identifying and removing roadblocks, and keeping the team mobilized and focused on goals and quality.
  • Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables.
  • Foster an environment conducive to creativity.
