Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software sales in the Middle East Region.
  • Educational background in Business Management; a computer science background is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software solutions to potential clients.
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
