Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software sales in the Middle East Region.
Educational background in Business Management; a computer science background is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software solutions to potential clients.
Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
