Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Advanced SQL expertise and experience in performing independent data analysis.
• Third-party relationship management experience with payment processors.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working asynchronously and independently in a remote environment.
• Self-starter, able to take initiative and manage tasks with minimal direction.
• Excellent prioritization skills, able to rank tasks based on importance using data.
• Comfortable in ambiguous and fast-paced contexts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, seeking root causes of issues.

Responsibilities:

• Independently own strategic performance management of the Zepz payout partner network (aggregators, banks, telcos) in Latin America.
• Own performance-monitoring for key payout metrics, investigating issues until resolved, such as delivery delays and technical issues.
• Pursue new payment opportunities and optimizations, including API improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with other Zepz teams (Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance).
• Regularly write SQL queries and conduct independent data analysis.
