Requirements:

• Relevant experience in maintenance planning, asset management, and auditing maintenance activities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel features such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in maintenance and asset management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience and managing multiple sites.
• Experience managing a team of planners and spare parts inventories.
• Experience delivering training or coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Be a network level subject matter expert on the CMMS software, train and support local CMMS Planners.
• Drive PAC Global standards roll-out initiatives and participate in global projects.
• Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of standards implementation.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Develop comprehensive maintenance tasks for all equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and costs for management review.
