Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or design role with a strong focus on design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, concept development, and high-quality digital design.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to working in a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creative direction and execution of design projects with a focus on building and enhancing design systems.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions to support project vision.
• Create and refine design components that align with the larger system.
• Support the design process from concept to execution while adhering to project timelines.
• Collaborate with various teams including Product Managers and Developers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support client interactions and present design choices as needed.
