Requirements:

• An individual who resides in the state of Illinois.
• Have two years, post master’s family therapy experience (preferred).
• Have two years, post master’s experience working in higher levels of care (preferred).
• Hold LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or Associate licensure such as LSW, LPC, AMFT.
• Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Comfort with technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.
• Possess organizational skills to manage schedules and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating family sessions via Zoom with adolescent patients and their caregivers.
• Providing guidance to support patient goals and progress.
• Assisting families to support adolescents through safety plans and skill implementation.
• Supporting families via phone coaching and follow-ups.
• Coordinating care with treatment teams and outside providers.
• Helping families with discharge plans and charting patient progress.
