- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of related experience in experiential production and live events.
- Passion for the sports & entertainment industry and live events.
- Experience with Audio/Visual and technical production equipment.
- Experience creating and managing budgets of up to $1M.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Must be forward-thinking both strategically and creatively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Oversee and manage various production elements of large-scale projects from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with internal client service teams by managing deliverables and ensuring client objectives and deadlines are met.
- Work with creative teams to ensure plans are budget-compliant and executed as envisioned.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with detailed production workbooks.
- Establish and manage relationships with key vendors for project success.
- Procure necessary permits and maintain updated project files.
- Apply knowledge of experiential marketing and logistics.
- Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and report on accounts.
- Travel to meetings and events as needed (approximately 35% of the year).
