Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), graduate degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years related professional experience in consultative sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience with Cloud/SaaS applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of educational Learning Management Systems.
  • Proficiency using CRM and Customer Success tools, preferably Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive retention and renewability of all customers in your territory, reducing customer churn.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Echo360 customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for enhanced product use and to drive engagement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and create customized success plans aligned with client goals.
  • Analyze user data and deliver performance reports, including quarterly business reviews.
