Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or a technology adjacent industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of the employee benefits industry and HSA landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and HR technology.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales reps on all customer and broker-facing demonstrations, providing technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Lively's complete product suite, including platform capabilities, configurations, and integration possibilities.
  • Capture and analyze customer feedback, synthesizing insights for product, enablement, and customer success teams.
  • Identify patterns in customer conversations to help improve our sales process and product roadmap.
  • Support sales representatives through technical coaching and product positioning guidance.
  • Document common technical questions and create resources to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer requirements.
  • Provide technical validation of customer use cases and implementation scenarios.
  • Provide feedback and insight to sales managers, sales reps, product marketing, and product.
