Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in software testing, SDET, QA, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in building test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Certification in SDET or related areas (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Testing, AWS Certified Developer).

Responsibilities:

• Engage in synchronous sessions and provide asynchronous support to learners.
• Monitor Slack channels for questions and facilitate breakout rooms during lectures.
• Check-in with learners post-sessions and assist if the Lead Instructor experiences technical issues.
• Hold Individual Office Hours via Zoom for additional support.
• Grade learner submissions within seven days and submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges.
• Attend weekly staff meetings with active engagement.
