Responsibilities:
- Support the Brand Team in executing essential tasks for marketing campaign success.
- Source and collect user-generated content from social media channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues on social media.
- Moderate public comments and notify the CX team of customer issues.
- Address pre-order questions and assist with website navigation and product inquiries.
- Track commonly asked questions to identify content gaps.
- Manage influencer partnerships and ensure adherence to project timelines.
