Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Brand Team in executing essential tasks for marketing campaign success.
  • Source and collect user-generated content from social media channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues on social media.
  • Moderate public comments and notify the CX team of customer issues.
  • Address pre-order questions and assist with website navigation and product inquiries.
  • Track commonly asked questions to identify content gaps.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and ensure adherence to project timelines.
