• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for financial modeling.
• Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy in data management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to support recruitment and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models in Excel for real estate fund performance, valuations, and returns.
• Create polished, data-driven presentations for client meetings and investor pitches.
• Conduct in-depth research on market trends and property valuations.
• Perform financial analysis and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises.
• Assist senior team members in transaction processes including due diligence and key document preparation.
• Track and organize relevant data for deals, maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, associates, and partners for smooth project execution.
