Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Designing skills.

Batch Scheduler product knowledge (ESP, others are a plus).
Mainframe knowledge (TSO, SDSF, JCL, QuickRef).
ITIL foundation.
Self-directed.

Responsibilities:

Handle moderate and high complexity batch scheduling assignments.
Lead tasks as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with application teams for complex scheduling automation.
Work with operations teams to minimize manual processes.
Provide input for environment upgrades.
Meet ticket SLA requirements.
Complete internal/external reporting.
Mentor less experienced associates.
