• 15 years of marketing experience in the SaaS/Cloud industry.
• 3+ years at an executive VP-level with demand generation oversight in a $50M+ ARR business.
• Proven success in creating robust pipelines and clear ownership of key marketing metrics.
• Knowledge of ABM, enterprise marketing tech stack, and analytics processes.
• Executive-level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to coach and lead a marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a diverse global team of marketing professionals.
• Define growth strategy and develop integrated campaigns for customer acquisition.
• Foster a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics for optimizing campaign performance.
• Report on KPIs and manage marketing's opportunity pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Strategy & Ops to enhance strategies.
• Improve processes and enhance lead-to-sale conversion rates.
• Set quality standards for marketing execution.
