Requirements:
  • Experience in prior SDR, BDR, or lead generation role is required.
  • Commercial construction experience is a plus.
  • Great phone communicator with strong listening skills, confidence, and genuine curiosity to understand the prospect pain/challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Prospecting: Research & identify potential customers within target accounts and develop strategies to convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Cold calls: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to qualify prospects as potential customers and successfully schedule qualified meetings.
  • Emails: Execute outbound email sequences via Outreach, developing creative messaging strategies to connect with prospects.
  • Discovery: Perform thorough discovery to learn about the businesses of each prospect and the billing challenges they face.
