Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer support.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with technical sales acumen.
• Capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with hardware/software product evaluations.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with technical consulting, cloud software, networking, and business system integration.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on Samsara products where cutting-edge tech meets practical applications.
• Articulate how businesses use Samsara solutions to address industry challenges.
• Deliver work products such as demos, assessments, and proof of concepts.
• Guide installers on best practices for product installations.
• Write scripts for open API integrations and document them.
• Foster deeper customer relationships through consulting.
• Act as a liaison between product and sales teams for technical insights.
