Senior Fraud Analyst

Requirements:

• Motor Insurance Fraud expertise to support Claims, Underwriting, and Pricing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Technical skills in industry standard software, particularly Analyst Notebook, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with SIRA, MIAFTR, CUE, and open source data interrogation.
• Bonus experience in Python or R.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and claims evidence to assist in fraud mitigation.
• Create and monitor improvements to claims fraud processes.
• Investigate fraud trends and prepare reports for claims investigations.
• Engage with law enforcement and manage third-party communications related to fraud.
