- Exceptional communication skills to bridge sales and technical teams.

- Proactive approach to managing timelines and project scopes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer implementations from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to fulfill Statements of Work.
- Set realistic timelines and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Lead implementation of data and technical components for NationBuilder.
- Act as a trusted advisor and address potential roadblocks.
- Engage with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with other departments to ensure timely and aligned contributions.
- Continuously improve technical expertise.
