Experience in forested systems, with a focus on economics, forestry, ecology, agriculture, conservation, restoration, carbon markets, carbon accounting, and public policy.
Master's degree in a related field or Bachelor's with relevant work experience, academic focus, internships, or volunteer experience.
Training in research methods (quantitative or qualitative) is a plus.
Ability to synthesize findings from scientific reports.
Effective and efficient work with limited supervision, actively engage with project managers.
Strong communication and confident writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
