• 3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• Open to coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of recipe developers and manage invoicing.
• Assign and review recipe development tasks, ensuring quality control.
• Host coaching calls and provide 1:1 support to enhance customer success.
• Develop video tutorials and handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate across departments to support customer success initiatives and respond to feedback.
