Requirements:

• Strong track record in Strategic Relationship management and/or Project Management experience ideally in the cyber security domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Self-starter able to take full ownership of contracts from the point of award.
• Comfortable working at pace in an agile fashion.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of and/or an appetite to learn cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of Project Management concepts and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• On-boarding new clients, ensuring an industry leading client experience.
• Leading and attending implementation meetings/workshops.
• Ensuring Dionach is delivering services to meet/exceed agreed contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Being the primary point of contact for strategic relationships.
• Developing successful strategic client relationships from the point of contract award onwards.
• Understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Obtaining and acting upon CSAT feedback and lessons learned.
• Using CRM tools to capture and analyse client data.
• Project managing the implementation of contracted work.
• Communicating project expectations to stakeholders.
• Managing project risks, issues, and changes.
