• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses within three months of starting the job.
• Demonstrated customer-centric attitude and ownership of tasks.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training for skill development.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and damages.
• Establishes accurate claim and expense reserves.
• Negotiates and conveys claim settlements.
• Writes denial letters and keeps diaries of claim activities.
• Manages file inventory for timely case resolutions.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Identifies claims for Special Investigations or Major Case Unit.
• Performs administrative functions as required.
