Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, especially in E-Commerce or Online Marketing.
  • Comfortable working in an innovative and fast-paced environment with constantly improving processes.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, especially in B2B sales conversations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct direct contract negotiations with existing customers while collaborating closely with account management.

  • Introduce the new Awin pricing structure to existing clients.
  • Advise clients on their service needs and create tailored offers.
  • Process and manage business RFPs from existing clients.
  • Support conflict management and retention strategies by developing commercial solutions.
  • Contribute to process optimization for better negotiation success.
