Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years solutioning and sales support in Network, Data Center, Infrastructure, and wireless deployments.
• Knowledge in Smart Hands, Rack and Stack, Active Directory, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, Cloud environments, Network design, Windows Server, and Authentication technologies.
• Experience developing pricing outputs based on Level of Effort or Basis of Estimate.
• Experience in scoping and solutioning $1M-$5M+ deployment and migration projects.
• Strong internal and external communication skills in presenting business solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Professional Services team in providing services that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Determine the resource skill set necessary to deliver on a wide range of requests.
• Identify and quantify cost factors involved in engagements and submit proposals to clients/sales teams.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Professional Services opportunities.
• Participate in customer solution presentations and develop detailed scopes of work.
• Interface with internal teams and prepare final LOEs and SOWs.
• Establish working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
