Requirements:

3-4 years of previous experience in Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related fields.
Analytical skills and an excellent use of Google Sheets/Excel are required.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
Excellent level of English required.

Responsibilities:

Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets.
Prepare Inventory variance report to identify deviations from Theoretical vs Physical on time before the day ends.
Own Ordering Process and support execution of the Purchasing process ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery.
Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate proactively to Supply Chain team.
Coordinate with Kitchen Managers/Marketplace Managers to ensure product is received and stored correctly.
Track shortages with Receiving reports daily and take necessary actions.
Assist with the Distribution Process.
