Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 3-5 years of workers’ compensation claims administration.

Responsibilities:

Daily oversight and interaction with TPA for self-insured programs.
Ensure timely payments and recommend reserving to the Manager.
Manage litigation and participate in TPA claim reviews.
Complete state and insurance renewal applications.
Oversee OSHA record-keeping and Serious Event Reporting.
Monitor claims for settlement authority and subrogation recoveries.
