- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or account management within the healthcare or technology sector.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management and related technologies.
- Experience managing multiple partner relationships and increasing revenue.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and Healthcare IT.
- Management Certification through a healthcare industry professional organization such as: NAHAM, HFMA, AAHAM.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with reseller and channel partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Facilitate regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, opportunities for growth, and mutual goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle.
- Evaluate partner-submitted deals for alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the deal registration process and ensure proper tracking.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to assess deal structures.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of registered deals.
- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with partners.
- Monitor and report on GTM activities and performance.
- Contribute to partner-focused training programs.
