Senior Mobile Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years in React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific requirements.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript with knowledge of native modules for iOS and Android.
• Experience in building and optimizing RESTful APIs for mobile, exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and app store submissions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience in remote teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Proof’s mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to enhance API interactions for performance and security.
• Drive improvements in mobile app architecture, addressing iOS and Android challenges.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and memory issues.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay updated on mobile development trends and bring innovative ideas.
