• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare and post journal entries, assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable process, review and process invoices, maintain vendor relationships.
• Manage Divvy expense management system, monitor employee spending and ensure compliance.
• Assist in preparing internal financial reports and provide insights for business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide training to junior staff.
