• 5+ years of HR generalist skill-set, preferably from a start-up or global/ecommerce business.
• Experience in managing and advising on HR/ER/IR compliance matters.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant qualification.
• Proactive and flexible work style with attention to detail.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt priorities.
• High level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Support US new hires and overall employee engagement.
• Assist with local recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate on strategies for employer branding and talent retention.
• Manage compliance of employee documents and payroll.
• Ensure labor law compliance and handle employment relations.
• Coach line managers on employee performance.
• Implement corporate initiatives and support Learning & Development programs.
• Localize internal communications and engagement activities.
