Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • National Diploma or Advanced Certificate.
  • 1 Year Experience in a Sales Field.
  • 1 Year Experience in the Financial Services Environment.
  • 1 Year Experience in Conducting Skills Gap Analysis and/or Training.
  • Knowledge of how to generate marketing collateral.
  • Knowledge of Mukuru products and services.
  • Knowledge of KYC processes and guidelines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of growth and brand strategy in the assigned area.
  • Conduct frequent audits of sales agent sites and provide feedback based on customer assessments.
  • Facilitate training for new and existing agents in line with the Training Lead's requirements.
  • Monitor team member performance, prepare for weekly team meetings, and coach towards goals.
  • Manage marketing collateral and ensure adequate stock for agents.
