Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contractor development in the HVAC industry or related field.
• Proficiency in HVAC industry best practices.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple relationships and tasks.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and provide training opportunities for contractors to enhance their business capabilities.
• Manage the identification, recruitment, and development of the LG Pro Dealer program.
• Maintain and execute contractor sales training modules, including in-person and online content.
• Collaborate with distribution and training teams to enhance contractor training and onboarding.
• Assess gaps in contractor opportunities and create initiatives to address them.
• Nurture relationships between vendors and distribution partners.
