Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of sales experience (or equivalent) with a proven track record.
• Experience managing manufacturer rep firms and distributor territory managers.
• Familiarity with HVAC industry and experience with Inverter Heat Pump units.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 60-70%.

Responsibilities:

• Create strategy for developing/supporting wholesale distribution in South Central US (AR, OK, LA).
• Build key relationships with distributor personnel, contractors, and industry association staff.
• Collaborate with Distribution Manager and distributor partners on sales, marketing, and training.
• Participate in industry events and sales-related duties.
• Manage LG Pro Dealer program and facilitate training.
• Support sales plan execution and manage inventory levels.
