Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience leading and managing manufacturer rep firms and distributor territory managers.
• Familiarity within the HVAC industry, preferably with residential/light commercial Inverter Heat Pump units.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Create strategy to develop and support wholesale distribution in Northeast U.S.
• Develop relationships with distributor personnel and contractors.
• Work with Distribution Manager on sales, marketing, advertising, and training.
• Participate in industry events and maintain visibility within the market.
• Manage the LG Pro Dealer program and support sales plan execution through KPI tracking.
• Provide market intelligence and insights related to competition.
