Requirements:
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a must.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development is required, preferably within the food industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Food Business, Strategic Sales Management, Culinary, or similar disciplines are advantageous.
  • Possessing a full clean driving license is important.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and travel within the EU.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive Market Entry Strategy by expanding customer relationships and promoting Kepak products through cooking and sampling.
  • Manage strategic account planning aligned with Brand Plans to ensure execution and activation with key customers.
  • Oversee financial management within the sales operation including debtors, forecast accuracy, sales funnel management, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to Channel Development Team meetings to support business goals.
  • Engage with store-level operators to identify execution challenges and collaborate on solutions.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador representing the company to external partners and stakeholders.
